When will I be charged?

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. Your spot is locked in once payment is confirmed.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

You can cancel anytime, as long as the product hasn't shipped yet. Contact us to cancel.

What if the release date changes?

Release dates are set by manufacturers and can change. If a product is delayed, we'll email you with the updated timeline.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders ship within 48 hours of the official release date. You'll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order goes out.

Can I combine pre-orders with in-stock items?

Yes, but the in-stock items will be held and the entire order shipped once the pre-order is released. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Do pre-orders qualify for free shipping?

Yes, if your order total is over £100.00.
